About The Position

United Security Inc. (USI) is seeking high-level security officers for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, second shift position with a schedule of Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday from 3 pm to 11 pm. The pay rate is $21.16/hour, with a $400 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Two years of military, law enforcement, or security experience preferred
MUST have hospital or concierge security experience
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to speak clearly and concisely
Ability to keep a neat and organized workstation
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Ability to conduct foot patrols frequently
Experience with CCURE or Genetec highly preferred
Must be proficient in basic computer operations and common software applications.
Position requires excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Must have experience in providing detailed incident reports.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to be a team player and work in a team environment.
Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a fast-pace, dynamic environment.
Driver's License

Responsibilities

Performing security patrols of designated areas by foot.
Observing for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
Maintaining access control of premises and monitoring entrances and exits.
Providing a high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Monitoring security cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to unusual or suspicious activity.
Visitor management, including identification verification and badge issuance, and ensuring unauthorized persons do not gain access to the premises.
Responding to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, following established protocols.
Completion of daily security reports, incident reports, and security logs.
Safety protocol enforcement.
Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Other duties as assigned and/or required by contract.
