Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, control entry and exit of personnel and vehicles, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
