As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed - Logistics in Jackson, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will provide welcoming customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and document security-related activity using technology. Requirements

Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
Have customer service experience preferred.
Have access control or badge experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
