As a Security Officer Full Time Experienced Unarmed Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and exterior grounds to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and access issues.
  • Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization according to site procedures, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and visitor records.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
  • Provide a visible presence throughout the property to help deter unauthorized activity and support a professional, welcoming environment for occupants and guests.
