Requirements

Completed High School Diploma or GED
Valid and Current New York State Security Guard License - Required
F80 Fire Safety Coordinator (or N80 Certificate of Fitness) from FDNY - Required
Previous security experience
Previous customer service experience
CPR Certification
Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
Must be able to move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Maintain security and safety throughout the organization and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities.
Commitment to taking care of fellow officers, clients, and their property.
Adhere to all Company service and operating standards.
Immediately respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance.
Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
