About The Position

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Security Officer to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members. This is an exciting, guest-focused role where you will become part of our team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Must be licensed by the State Gaming Commission
• Ability to clear a criminal background check
• Strong customer service skills required
• Strong verbal communication, observation, and report writing skills
• Ability to obtain a CPR/First Aid/AED/BBP certification

Nice To Haves

• Prior law enforcement, security, or military experience preferred
• Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor
• Conduct cash escorts as required
• Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity
• Maintain crowd control as required
• Defuse guest profanity and handle issues or complaints professionally
