Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor access control points for employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries, verify credentials and permissions, and document entry and exit activity according to site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing location, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access, misuse of property, and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders and reporting protocols.
