Overnight Security Officer
About The Position
We are now hiring a Full-Time Security Officer with Hilton Grand Vacations! Amazing opportunity to join the 105 room Villas De Santa Fe, a Hilton Vacation Club, located less than a half a mile, from the historic Santa Fe Plaza. Share the Santa Fe experience of 20 museums and over 250 art galleries with guests from around the world. Requirements
- Ability to patrol the property for 8-9 hours at a time
- Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and effective manner.
- Ability to work overnight and weekends/holidays
- Must have previous computer experience and excellent verbal and written social skills to write incident reports
Nice To Haves
- Prior security experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
- Military or law enforcement background
- Current First Aid/CPR certifications
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and random inspections of property and grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents.
- Supervise and respond to emergency and alarm systems.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and incident documentation.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities; gather witness statements and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Provide outstanding guest service—answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with deliveries.
- Patrol the resort’s interior and perimeter to identify potential safety or security risks.
- Administer basic first aid and CPR when vital.
- Support team operations and assist colleagues as needed.
