Requirements

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor logs, and/or control access to restricted areas in line with post orders and facility protocols.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Support emergency response activities, document daily operations and incident details, and communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders when needed.
