Part-Time Security Officer
About The Position
Securitas is looking for a Part-Time Security Officer to work at a government building in Williston, VT! While we do not require prior security experience, those with experience in retail, reception, or other hospitality positions are encouraged to apply. Those with additional experience in security, military, corrections, and/or law enforcement are highly preferred! The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements
- 21 years of age minimum
- Valid Driver's License
- MUST be a citizen of the United States
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Ability to pass an onboarding check and drug screen
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a Courthouse setting
- High level of professionalism
- Walking/standing for long periods of time
- Flexible work availability
