Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer in a fast-paced transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a transportation location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of parking areas, access points, pedestrian areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and vehicle traffic patterns, helping to support authorized access, visitor direction, and/or orderly movement throughout the location.
  • Assist guests, employees, and/or visitors with directions, general questions, and reporting concerns while communicating observed issues to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
