Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and client personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate facilities, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor credentials as required, and report unauthorized activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs while communicating relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
