As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control for employees and visitors. You will communicate clearly, document observations, and provide customer service while using teamwork and integrity. Requirements

Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
Must already have or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance.
Be 21+ years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Be able to lift more than 20 lbs.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification preferred.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience preferred.
Loss prevention experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to the client by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and/or distribution location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activity.
Monitor access points and traffic flow, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery driver check-in procedures.
Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicate significant events to supervisors and/or site contacts, and support operational continuity by following post orders.
