About The Position

Securitas Security is looking to hire a full-time security guard to work at a location in Chemung, NY. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

Must be able to work Thursday-Sunday 1500-2300
Must be available to work holidays should your regularly scheduled shift fall on a holiday where your job location is open
Valid NYS Driver's License
Able to meet the requirements of the Securitas Safe Drive program
No experience necessary
If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.
