Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, greeting authorized visitors, and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining awareness of site operations and conditions.
