As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Site Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help to deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide professional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • At least two years of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, restricted areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access control points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting entries, incidents, and security-related observations.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
  • Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site personnel, visitors, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
