Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing requirements, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entrances, exits, badges, and delivery traffic to help support authorized access for employees, contractors, and guests within a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events and reporting concerns according to site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, parking areas, and perimeter, with attention to access points, restricted areas, and security-related conditions that may need follow-up.
• Communicate with site contacts regarding package screening, truck arrivals, employee entry issues, and/or other access-related concerns while maintaining professional service standards.
