Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Operate access control systems; verify credentials, authorize entry in accordance with site procedures, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Monitor entrances, exits, restricted areas, and security-related alarms or camera systems; report unusual activity and access concerns according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
