Requirements

First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Background in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service roles.
Clear, calm, and professional communication skills, including two-way radio proficiency.
High energy, strong integrity, and the ability to focus in dynamic environments.
Experience with MS Office and security technology systems is a plus.
Clean Driving Record: No recent at-fault accidents and a spotless driving history.
Flexible or Open Availability: Able to be On-Call or take on shifts as needed, up to a full 40 hours.
Criminal Background Check
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Technical Familiarity: Experience with MS Office and security technology systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Patrol, secure, and monitor facilities using state-of-the-art security technology.
Uphold site procedures and represent First Coast Security with excellence and professionalism.
Respond confidently to security incidents, manage access control, and handle emergencies.
Manage CCTV systems, alarms, and key control with precision.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with a professional and empathetic approach.
Master MOPs (Methods of Procedure) and Post Orders, with opportunities to enhance your skills through training and leadership development.
