As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Audit Patrol in Sunnyvale, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, entrances, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and other security-related concerns, helping to deter theft and unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Document observations, patrol activities, and incidents accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
