Requirements

Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology and media campus by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting irregular conditions and documenting incidents as required.
Support a professional campus environment by providing directions, assisting with routine inquiries, and maintaining accurate activity logs and reports.
