Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk of a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and communication systems from a stationary front-desk post; report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
• Support a professional reception environment by answering phones, directing guests, receiving deliveries, and providing clear information regarding site access requirements.
