Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, sensitive areas, parking facilities, and the site perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
Document patrol findings and incidents accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site personnel.
