Requirements

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• 1 year of law enforcement, security, military or other relevant experience required
• DL - Valid California Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Community Health System required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• GUARD - State of California Guard Card required CHS HealthStream Course
• CPS - OC (Pepper) Spray Endorsement required within 30 days of hire or transfer into position

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• Advanced military, law enforcement or security training preferred
