Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and team members by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, packages, bags, and/or personal items entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through appropriate channels.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization as directed, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or controlled areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
