Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a financial institution.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site policies and Allied Universal procedures.
