Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit activity at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Monitor visitor, vendor, and delivery access, maintain required logs and reports, and help to support compliance with established security-related policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for irregular conditions and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
• Assist with directing foot traffic and vehicle traffic at entry points, answer questions from employees and visitors, and help to maintain an orderly access process throughout the shift.
