Requirements

Access control/badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.
Monitor access to the location, observe activity, and report suspicious persons, vehicles, or incidents according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
Complete accurate activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
