Requirements

Pass a drug screen and background check.
Valid driver's license.
Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be over the age of 18.
Critical thinking skills: Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
Observant: Diligent in monitoring and assessing environments.
Ability to follow instructions: Ability to adhere to protocols and guidelines.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Physically capable: Able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
Flexibility: Must be available for weekend shifts.
