As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Care in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at an automotive garage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors. Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and parking facility users by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout parking areas, access points, garage levels, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access to the parking location, observe vehicles and individuals entering and exiting, and report unauthorized activity or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and noteworthy observations in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
