Requirements

  • Must have 1+ years of security-related experience.
  • Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor lobby and reception areas, assist with visitor check-in processes, verify identification and/or access credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Answer phones, greet guests, and communicate clearly with building personnel regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or security-related concerns.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts as needed.
  • Support access control and other security-related procedures in a professional financial services location while maintaining awareness of daily front desk activity.
