Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and support X-ray screening operations. Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet systems to document activity and assist employees, visitors, and guests. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle access in accordance with site requirements, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
