As a Security Officer - Full Time - Overnights in Florence, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
Monitor and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, maintenance concerns, and other security-related conditions to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site requirements.
