Requirements

• Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Law Enforcement preferred.
• Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc preferred.
• Security Professional preferred.
• Security Guard preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous monitoring and high-visibility patrols (foot and vehicle) to deter, detect, and respond to potential security threats within the campus.
• Investigates and documents security breaches, hazardous conditions, and physical altercations, ensuring all incidents are managed according to facility policy.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of emergency codes, alarm systems, and disaster preparedness plans.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors and staff, providing information and assistance to promote a culture of safety and service excellence.
