About The Position

We are currently hiring dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers for a large industrial and logistics-related facility in Sheboygan, WI. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in professionalism, accountability, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. This role primarily focuses on access control and patrol responsibilities. Officers in this position serve as a visible security presence and are often the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Wisconsin Guard Card (sponsorship assistance available for those who qualify)
• Prior security experience required, preferably in: Access control, Patrol or rover duties Industrial, warehouse, or logistics environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility access points
• Verify credentials and authorize entry for employees and visitors
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols
