Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the position, including walking up/downstairs, standing for extended periods, and maintaining full alertness throughout the shift
- Must possess sound judgement and decision-making skills in both routine and emergency situations
- Ability to meet grooming and professional appearance standards required for client-facing roles
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 10 lbs. as part of regular duties
- Strong observation and attention to detail skills, with the ability to identify and report security issues or safety hazards promptly
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic

- Customer service orientation is highly desirable, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients, visitors, and the general public
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, enforcing regulations, and responding to potential threats
