As a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol in Buffalo, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, loading docks, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials in accordance with site-specific policies, helping to maintain orderly entry and exit for authorized personnel and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications, and provide information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.
