You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, giving you the chance to cover more ground, assist teams across the site, and represent our agile, reliable, and innovative culture with integrity.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an industrial manufacturing location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, loading docks, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, hazards to operations, and unsecured access points.
- Monitor access control points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or badge issuance per site policy, and directing deliveries to designated receiving areas.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site personnel and/or emergency services as required and documenting actions taken.
- Complete routine reports such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
