Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of previous security experience
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a strong asset
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical interventions when required
• Flexibility required for shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally required

Nice To Haves

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Martial arts or defensive tactics experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with professional flair while managing access control, including ID verification and bag inspections.
• Maintain a high-profile presence across interior and exterior areas through regular patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Apply effective de-escalation techniques when needed to maintain the "vibe" of the floor. Identify, address, and report suspicious activity, disturbances, or policy violations. Respond promptly to incidents, including removals when required, while maintaining professionalism and composure at all times.
• Work closely with team members via radio and coordinate with local Peacekeepers when necessary.
• Act as a first responder for First Aid or CPR situations.
• Ensure all guests meet legal standards and adhere to company policies to keep our environment safe and fair.
