As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Rockingham, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and may use alarm panel and access control systems. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
