Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of facility grounds, production-area access points, parking areas, shipping and receiving areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and maintain awareness of visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
  • Assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit processes for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers while supporting site-specific food production operations.
