As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Emergency Patrol in Collegeville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical or petrochemical location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, process-area perimeters, and other assigned locations.
  • Monitor for unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and potential hazards, then report observations through established site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as directed.
  • Control access for employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with site requirements, including verification of credentials and documentation of entries and exits.
