We are currently seeking a seasoned, dependable Security Officer to join our team at a high-profile high-rise office building. This position requires a polished, professional presence, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently during assigned shifts. The officer will rotate between these posts as assigned. As the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and vendors, you will represent both our company and our clients with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional security experience, preferably in a commercial or high-rise environment
MUST live within 20 miles of site - 77079
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to and from work
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
MUST COMPLETE ASSESMENT TO BE CONSIDERED

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
Monitor and control access to both the lobby and garage areas
Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols throughout the property
Monitor security systems, including CCTV and access control
Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or service needs
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports using reporting software
