Requirements

Active Florida Class D Security License (Required)
Valid Florida Driver’s License (Required)
Fluency in both English and Spanish (Required)

Open availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong interpersonal skills with a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills for electronic logging and incident documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage gated entry points, verifying authorization for all residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
Conduct routine foot patrols of parking areas, marina facilities, and common amenities; monitor CCTV networks and alarm systems.
Deliver first-class customer service by assisting residents and guests with directions, information, and escorts.
Maintain digital daily activity logs, write accurate incident reports, and document safety hazards or maintenance needs.
Respond swiftly to security breaches, alarm activations, and emergency protocols in coordination with local management.
