As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming first point of contact at a busy location, helping manage guest check-ins, visitor logs, badge access, and phone and/or radio communications. You will monitor activity from the desk, respond to questions and incidents, and document security-related events with professionalism. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities from the front desk.
• Monitor the lobby and entrance area, verify identification and/or access authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor, delivery, and contractor logs.
• Answer phones and greet guests, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate with property management and/or on-site staff as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting events according to site procedures.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and/or policy violations, helping to deter unwanted activity through a consistent front desk presence and timely communication.
