This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in the job state. You will represent a caring, people-first culture while acting with integrity and supporting a reliable team environment.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
• Control access to the facility by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing visitors to the appropriate area.
• Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and/or access control panels, and report unusual conditions per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Complete required documentation such as visitor logs, incident reports, and shift activity logs, and communicate key information during shift transitions.
