Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to associates, visitors, drivers, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and communicate access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Screen and direct delivery vehicles, vendors, and contractors in accordance with site procedures and traffic-flow requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
