Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide professional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk of a financial institution, following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
Monitor visitor activity, verify identification and credentials as required, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry and departure records.
Answer and direct incoming calls, receive deliveries, and provide clear information to guests while maintaining a courteous, professional presence.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures.
Support security-related operations by monitoring lobby activity, reporting unusual conditions, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
