As a Security Officer Unarmed in Fountain Inn, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with site policies.
• Support orderly operations by reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations observed during patrols, while following post orders and required response procedures.
