As a Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol a residential club community, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. This driving post includes operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal policy while delivering professional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, resident or guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, recreational amenities, waterfront-adjacent spaces, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing guests, vendors, deliveries, and authorized service personnel.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
